Alli Baker Tattoo

Alli Baker has by far created my favorite tattoo! After looking at her portfolio online and being in awe of her work, I bit the bullet and inquired about her tattooing a bat on my upper inner arm. I expected to wait weeks to hear back from her, as I know most tattoo artists are flooded with requests in their inbox. Not the case with Alli! She called me within a few hours to discuss my idea. She was extremely thorough on the phone, inquiring about location, size, design, colors, etc. She listened to all my ideas and added some of her own suggestions based on her expertise. I am not a creative person at all, and I’m indecisive, so I honestly was not 100% clear with my own vision; Alli helped me narrow down my ideas so she could produce the best design possible. She was able to fit me in within the same week.

At her tattoo shop, she was prepared with a multitude of different design options for me to chose from, and was open and receptive to small tweaks I wanted to make the day of. Once the design was finalized, she was ready to begin tattooing the same day. She did the tattoo in one session, which I appreciated. I also like that she provides clients with a flat fee of how much the tattoo will cost, as opposed to hourly rates or session rates. It ensures me that she is going to take her time on a piece and not rush or slow down to meet a certain time constraint. During the session, she was friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time, and she allowed breaks when I needed them. I couldn’t be any prouder of the end result of my tattoo. The design is flawless and the colors are so vivid! I am constantly getting complimented on my tattoo and people always want to know who the artist was. If you’re looking for your first or next tattoo artist, I highly recommend Alli Baker.
